<\/span>ABOUT THE PROJECT<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1680016714840{border-top-width: 100px !important;border-right-width: 200px !important;border-bottom-width: 100px !important;border-left-width: 100px !important;padding-top: 100px !important;padding-right: 100px !important;padding-bottom: 100px !important;padding-left: 100px !important;}”]SWOST<\/strong> \u2013 Sport without stereotypes<\/i>\u00a0\u2013 is an\u00a0Erasmus+ KA2 project<\/b><\/a> aimed at changing Europe\u2019s sport organisations through the challenge of gender stereotyping within sport organizations. The project addresses in particular a cross-sectorial cooperation, allowing for greater synergies across all fields of actions concerning sport organizations, with a special focus on access to rights, autonomy, participation.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_single_image image=”6053″ img_size=””][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” css=”.vc_custom_1680792114835{margin-top: -300px !important;background-color: #1c427e !important;}”][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1680018003731{padding-right: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}”]SWOST main goal is <\/span>to promote<\/strong> equal access and participation<\/strong> for women and men at all levels and in all fields of sport, and in particular, to encourage and increase the access and the participation of male and female in sport typically categorized like \u201cgender based sport\u201d, by challenging gender stereotypes and any discrimination<\/strong> based on sexual orientation and gender identity.<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”6072″ img_size=”546×326″ alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInLeft”][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”6081″ img_size=”546×326″ alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeInRight”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1680018020507{padding-right: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}”]This objective will be reached through the creation of a set of online tools<\/strong> aimed at providing self-assessment and guidance for clubs and sport associations<\/strong> to improve their policies and awareness.
