The index measures  equality of woman participation in the labor market according to a weighted average in five categories.<\/p>\n<p>PwC stated that the pandemic is hurting with more female workers and amplify gender inequalities and disproportions. In order to undo the pandemic\u2019s damage to women\u2019s position in the workplace by 2030, PwC presumed, that progress towards gender equality, needed to be twice as fast as it was in the previous decade.
